Fingerprint Friday..Fresh Fruit

There is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman that says:
I can see the fingerprints of god
When I look at you
I can see the fingerprints of god
And I know it’s true
You're a masterpiece
That all creation quietly applauds
And you're covered with the fingerprints of god
So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints. Is it in His creation? People? Animals? Where do you see His fingerprints? Here's how to join in.

It’s winter here in Arizona. This means 50’s in the day and 30’s in the evenings. I LOVE this time of year. If you are at all familiar with Arizona you know it can get well into the triple digits most of the year. The autumn and winter months are the only ones where I can honestly say I am completely happy with living in this part of the country. I am enjoying the cool temps, piles of warm blankets, hot cocoa and the chance to wear some of my winter wardrobe.

Why the picture of grapefruit?? We are abundantly blessed this year in particular with fresh grapefruits, lemons and oranges even into these winter months! I see God’s fingerprints all over these wonderful trees. They require little maintenance, yet they produce such a beautiful and nearly perfect crop. God does good work and we are reaping the benefits.

Blessings to you all!!

The LORD will open for you His good storehouse, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. ~ Deuteronomy 28:12

  2. I love oranges, and lemons, and limes, but I never much got into grapefruit except for cutting it and using it as decoration on my Christmas tree. They look super tasty!

  3. Last winter we had record breaking snowfall and this year, we seem to be averaging the same temps as you! However, we aren't lucky enough to have really fresh tasting fruits like you have! Yum!

  5. What a great Fingerprint post! I love grapefruit and those look wonderful.
Our typical winters are much like yours but this year it has been much colder for us in Georgia and I have really enjoyed the cooler weather. WE even got snow! Yay! I don't think I could handle three digit heat.
