I also made these yummy Peanut Butter Bars! I have been craving something with chocolate and peanut butter lately. These fit the bill nicely. Give them a try. I know you will love them! They are super easy too. Here are a few pictures to show you how they turned out followed by the recipe:

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cups graham cracker crumbs(about 6 graham crackers pulsed in food processor)
1 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter
DIRECTIONS:
1.In a medium bowl, mix together the butter or margarine, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 8x8 inch pan.
2.In a metal bowl over simmering water, or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
You can double this recipe and prepare in a 9x13 inch pan too :)
Enjoy and stay crafty and creative!
