There is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman that says:
I can see the fingerprints of God
When I look at you
I can see the fingerprints of God
And I know its true
You're a masterpiece
That all creation quietly applauds
And you're covered with the fingerprints of God
So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints. Is it in nature? Kids? Animals? Where do you see them? Here's how to join.
1. Blog with your interpretation of God's fingerprints. Be sure to link back over at The Rusted Chain Blog so others can find the entire list of participants.
2. After you've posted your blog, sign the Linky at the bottom of The Rusted Chain Blog. Have fun exploring the other links as well! Please sign the linky only if you're participating. Hopefully this will make us look at things through fresh eyes throughout the week
Last weekend (August 21st) was me and my brother Matts birthday. We were born the same day nine years apart. I think that is pretty special. I took a few photos during the birthday and this photo is one of my faves(obviously not for the photo quality! lol). I like to call this photo "The Mamas and the Pappa" LOL! goofy I know. Pictured is my mom(brown shirt), my mom-in-law(blue and yellow shirt) and my step-dad who can never sit still(that explains the blurry arm he he). These people are very special to me.

ReplyDeleteSharing a birthday with a family member is so cool! My son and my mom share theirs and it makes it even more fun.
Oh Vanessa! Happy Birthday. I am a terrible friend. Your mom looks like a teenager and your mom in law could pass for her sis. So funny your step dad can't sit still...so he's blurry. I got a chuckle out of that! I hope you post more pics of your birthday bash. I'll check out facebook. May God richly bless you this birthday year! xoxo
