Spring is here!!

Spring is here and this past month has been wonderful! I found out I am going to be an aunt for the first time EVER!! I cant wait to meet the little one. We did a bit of gardening, picked some of the first roses of the season(below, are they not the prettiest shade of pink?), threw a BBQ for my mother-in-laws birthday and everyone had a chance to soak up some sun. Sadly I was the exception to this rule due to awful seasonal allergies. Tulips courtesy of our friend Kim. Look at that beautiful blush pink!

Tax season is here upon us and I bought TurboTax for Home & Business. I have a ton of receipts to go through and categorize. I normally prepare our non business taxes so I dont really know why this time around its bothering me so much. Maybe its the extra forms? Hopefully TurboTax will be very user friendly and I wont have any major issues. I can envision myself praying my way through ha ha.

I am a workaholic of sorts. I LOVE my job so I was doing it 24/7. That means I was working all weekend, on holidays, during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hubby informed me that this was not normal(he wanted me to make dinner once and a while ha ha) so we now have hours of operation. Monday-Friday 9:00AM-7:00PM MST.

Good news! I am down 20lbs. How did I do it? http://www.livestrong.com/ and the daily plate feature that allows you to track your calories. I have also been drinking a ton of water and eating loads of veggies.
